The following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Love Qara™ Free Unisex Hoodie Invite-Only Offer (“Offer”). By submitting the Invite Redemption Form and participating in the Offer, you (“Participant”) agree to comply with these Terms.
Eligibility
This Offer is invite-only and may not be shared, transferred, or forwarded to others without written approval from Love Qara™. Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in a region where Love Qara™ ships products.
Love Qara™ reserves the right to approve or decline any applicant at its sole discretion. If you have any difficulties in the checkout process, you can always address our customer support department with your billing questions.
Offer Details
Eligible participants will receive one (1) free Nature Reverie Collection™ Unisex Hoodie, valued at the retail price listed on the Love Qara™ website.
Participants are responsible for paying shipping costs, taxes, and any applicable fees.
The hoodie is provided free of charge as part of a promotional collaboration and may not be exchanged for cash, store credit, or other products.
Participation Requirements
Participants must promote the hoodie publicly—this may include social media posts, community shares, content featuring the product, or any form of public support for Love Qara™.
When posting on social platforms, they should tag or mention Love Qara™ whenever applicable. Participants are expected to show genuine support for the brand, align with QARA’s values, and complete the verification form honestly. They may also be asked to submit proof of promotion if needed for verification.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in removal from the program or ineligibility for future offers.
Approval and Fulfillment
Submission of the form does not guarantee acceptance into the Offer.
Approved participants will receive a private checkout link to pay shipping and finalize their order.
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are approved, while supplies last.Love Qara™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the participant.
Content Usage Rights
By participating, you grant Love Qara™ permission to:
Repost, share, display, or otherwise use any content you create featuring the hoodie, with credit given when possible.
Use such content for marketing, promotion, and brand visibility across social media, website, and other platforms.
No financial compensation will be provided for content created under this Offer.
Limitations and Liability
Love Qara™ reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
Participants release Love Qara™ from all liability related to: loss, damage, or delays related to shipping, misuse of the product, or failure to meet promotion requirements.
Love Qara™ is not liable for any social media restrictions, account issues, or content takedowns resulting from participant posts.
Prohibited Behavior
Participants may not engage in any form of brand or product misrepresentation, nor participate in discriminatory, harmful, or unethical behavior while promoting the hoodie. They are prohibited from selling or reselling the gifted hoodie, and must not use shipping links fraudulently or attempt multiple redemptions.
Data Privacy
Participant information collected through the verification form will be used solely for:
validating eligibility, processing the order, and communication related to this offer.
Love Qara™ does not sell or distribute participant data to third parties.
